This acre property is being modified with streetscape improvements, new curb and gutter, sidewalks, trees, stormwater management strategies that include Best Management Practice, rain gardens; and site improvements including a Plaza, walking paths, photovoltaic array, sub-acre farming, irrigation system, and vegetation. Story boards display the entire process of how the various items work to make this a totally energy sustainable property.
